Layout for Six Week HCG Program

• Phase 1: The first two days of drops you are to eat as much as possible. During these two days fatty rich foods are encouraged. It is in your best interest to not hold back during these two initial days as it will aid you in your weight loss in the days ahead. (You will gain weight during these 2 days, but don’t be alarmed you will lose it very quickly. Just remember that sugary foods are not as good as rich fatty foods. Ex: steaks, cheese cake, ice cream, guacamole etc.)
• Phase 2: The third day of drops is when you begin the strict 500 calorie diet as prescribed. You will continue the injections for 38 more days. A total of 40 days of drops including the 2 loading days.
• Phase 3: After your 40 days of drops you will continue the 500 calorie diet for 3 more days without the drops. This is part of the maintaining phase of the diet and is very important.
• Phase 4:
Maintenance Phase- You will continue for the next 3 weeks to eat between 1500-1700 calories and the only restriction is to have no starches or sugars.
• You have to allow a 6 week span of time between HCG Diet Treatments. It consists of 3 weeks of maintenance and 3 weeks of eating regular and then you can start the diet up again.
